Many should already have on their computers an icon which when double-clicking run a command to shut down our system automatically .
the famous command " shutdown-s-t 0"
It can often happen that accidental so we can click that icon , generating a despair at not being able to abort the shutdown of Windows.
is why today I offer a way to create an icon to abort the shutdown process in Windows .
Steps:
- Right-click the Windows desktop, select "New" and then "Access Directo "

- In this picture we are asked to enter the command that prevents Windows to shut down, we must" shutdown-a "
- Here we can put a name to the shortcut you just created.

Y ready to do if we accidentally put our system off by double-clicking the new shortcut you just created should abort.
In articulate my case I say it is a somewhat random abortion and sometimes it does sometimes successfully, sometimes "I do not get time" clicking or I get an error message and finish off well.
Well, matter of taste if you serve!
In my case I tried in Windows XP with Service Pack 2
Greetings
